When the ban on brewing beer at home was lifted in the United States of America in the 1970s, amateurs of this beverage opted for their own creativity. Gradually, varieties differing considerably from the taste of the popular Eurolager began to appear on the American market. It didn’t take long before domestic brewers in other countries took action and started to invent new hop formulas, bored with the proposals of the corporate producers. The beer revolution in Poland was initiated by beer lovers who wanted to try new versions of their favourite drink. At the beginning of the 2000s, the first shop for brewing enthusiasts appeared. The brewing market gradually began to change. The recipe of Grodzisk beer was rediscovered and the first craft breweries appeared (Pinta together with the famous premiere of Atak Chmielu, Artezan). In 2011, the Polish Homebrewers Association was established. It was joined by many individuals now developing their own beverage recipes. Brewing cooperatives and contracts were launched. Some specialize in specific styles, others experiment with new ingredients, inventing their own varieties. Many of the Polish breweries have cooperated with their foreign professional colleagues. Some of them are appreciated on the international arena in the beer world. The Polish brewing industry is developing dynamically and intensively due to passion and commitment. The market is getting better and better, and many of the beers can be tasted at world festivals. We are confident that there are interesting recipes behind them and we can recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

In Poland the basic beverage was a compote, that is a drink from slightly boiled fruit with sugar, then we were flooded by corporate beverages, which started to change our habits, but in recent years we have returned to local, craft beverages that often develop from their older counterpart, but also from the fermentation processes and experiments.
We create products based on our own ideas or recipes, looking for original fruit, tea, infusions, herbs or plants. Looking for great flavours, healing properties or natural energy in plants growing in distant countries, we also recreate native recipes from plants traditionally used in the Central European climatic area.
So mate, macha, kombucha or coconut dominate, but lime lemonades, quince, hawthorn or nettle-based drinks also enjoy popularity and win their enthusiasts.
All of these products are characterised by courage, energy of creation and unique flavour.
